Crystal Springs is proud to announce the first project in the new Village Center at Crystal Springs.

Merry Heart, an experienced operator of a number of nursing homes as well as an assisted living facility in Succasunna, New Jersey plans on developing a new state of the art facility at Crystal Springs. Blanche Bonifacio, the owner of Merry Heart and her family are seasoned operators offering hands-on care to the elderly. The 80,000 square foot facility will include 120 homes. Located off of Wild Turkey Way, this will be the first project located in the Crystal Springs Village Center. It is anticipated that there will also be approximately 100 high-end rental homes built in this section of the village center as well.

While Hal’s father held tremendous stature in the community, no one expected as much from his quiet son who became a small business owner of a local furniture store; that is until he entered the world of politics. Hal was elected as the youngest Sussex County freeholder ever to hold office. Wirths ran for the county’s Board of Chosen Freeholders as a Republican and served as a freeholder for nearly a decade from 2000-2010.
